An important document is missing from the Ministry's records. Cyborged parts have replaced fragile organic ones. But cyborgs are still vulnerable to the threat of cyberbrain sclerosis. A cure is sought, and the missing document has the cure. Togusa pursues the document, only to discover that there are those who will go to any length to make sure that document disappears.
